Imps9 Sat 20-Feb-16 08:39:31

Hurrah!!! A lovely new thread!!! Hurrah!!!

I'm an idiot Beedles - I meant 2x 400 per day, so 800 in total.

<wanders off, wondering whether it's possible to get high on massive doses of progesterone>

Imps9 Sat 20-Feb-16 08:40:53

Do you have a woodburner beedles?

keepitgoing Sat 20-Feb-16 08:46:23

I didn't even notice it was about to finish!

That's a more normal dose impsy

Jealous of sofa day. Our new car is coming

Pastamancer Sat 20-Feb-16 08:50:22

<Wanders in bleary eyed thanks to DD2 waking hourly last night>

keepitgoing Sat 20-Feb-16 08:55:43

Urgh poor you. How old is she now pasta?

BeedlesPineNeedles Sat 20-Feb-16 09:15:54

Ah 800mg sounds a bit better. We do indeed have a woodburner grin we're just deciding who needs to go outside and bring some wood in!

What car did you get keep, its ok to say a red one grin

Imps9 Sat 20-Feb-16 09:33:33

Snow outside + woodburner inside = absolutely perfect crochet conditions. Get yourself a hook and some yarn and get hooking!

Loopyaboutmy2boys Sat 20-Feb-16 11:50:13

Re progesterone Coventry say 200mg twice a day from 7dpo. My NHS consultant says 400mg twice a day from BFP. They both say it can't do any harm so I decided to follow Coventry from 7 dpo then next BFP I get I'm going to increase to the 400mg.

So, anyone an expert re ovulation sticks. Bought some from Amazon and this is today's result. Wondering how far away ovulation might be??

BeedlesPineNeedles Sat 20-Feb-16 12:28:07

loopy I thought for a moment you had the world's earliest bfp! My experience with ov sticks is that they stay the same for a while and then suddenly go dark. There's no gradual build-up.

I think I'll go up to 300mg/day tomorrow (7dpo) and then maybe increase to 400/day if I get a bfp. Both the dr that prescribed it and the top dr that did the transfer yesterday said 200mg/day was quite sufficient.

imps I have thought that i should learn to knit/crochet but you make it look so easy and I'm sure its not.

Imps9 Sat 20-Feb-16 13:52:54

Omg I saw a test and a line and I nearly fell off my chair.

I never have been good a reading eggstick lines - I need a digi to give me a clear yes or no.

Crochet = piss easy Beedles. Genuinely straightforward and very addictive. You need to start learning now so you can get lots of blankets ready by the time Beedles Jnr arrives.

Any more sexy time Loopy?

How are you feeling Beedles?

How's the new car Keep??

Loopyaboutmy2boys Sun 21-Feb-16 10:53:36

Imps no more sexy time lol but just did another ovulation test and looks like a positive to me so presume that means I ovulate either today or tomorrow?

lol re the earliest BFP ever. How amazing would it be if you could take a test the day before ovulation and your body says, na naaa, duff egg, better luck next time, or a test at fertilisation that says duff sperm and egg combo, or yippee fab combo and we will let it implant.

keepitgoing Sun 21-Feb-16 14:57:49

Yep that's a positive, hop to it!
Girls I nervously rand my brother to tell him the news only (TTC a year, 1 Mc) only for him to say they are 6+6 and just had a scan too! I can't believe it, v happy but nervous in case sth goes wrong for either of us it'd be v hard

Car is good, first middle aged outing to nat trust this morning, and I've just woken from my nap smile

imps we've not seen any pee sticks in days. DAYS.

Imps9 Sun 21-Feb-16 16:27:02

Oh Keep that's splendid news! What are the chances of having pretty much exactly the same dates! Bet he was thrilled for you too.

That's deffo a good positive Loops - I think ov is meant to happen 24-36 hours post-positive. Hopefully you can have The Sex again tonight.

Am feeling very MC-y today and have had some unfamiliar watery yellow discharge (no, not wee). I had a dream last night that a nurse told me I was certain to miscarry so I'm taking that as a premonition. But! here are my peesticks for your viewing pleasure nonetheless...

keepitgoing Sun 21-Feb-16 19:33:11

Well those lines look good and everyone thinks AF is coming. Hang in there x

I know, crazy isn't it. We are 7+3, confirmed by consultant that nurse was wrong btw

Imps9 Sun 21-Feb-16 21:13:27

It's mad - yesterday I was thinking to myself "I haven't had any cramping for a couple of days - there must be something wrong, I wish I could have some cramping". Today I've had cramping all day and I'm thinking "There must be something wrong - I'm cramping, I wish it would stop".

My uterus can't win confused

BeedlesPineNeedles Mon 22-Feb-16 06:19:15

oh keep what fab news for your brother too. Now you've both seen a heartbeat there's much less chance of anything going wrong, easy for me to say though!

Lovely peestick compilation imps I Think the only thing you can be sure of is that you are currently pregnant, and all the while the lines continue to be nice and strong its probably a good sign.

I Think I'd forgotten that this progesterone is fairly yucky too, but leakyness is better than clumps of gunk.

Imps9 Mon 22-Feb-16 07:01:54

Fanjo or bum Beedles?

BeedlesPineNeedles Mon 22-Feb-16 07:25:24

mine say fanjo use only and also sticking stuff up there is fine, I really have no desire to start sticking things up my arse i'd probably decide I needed a poo straight afterwards

Imps9 Mon 22-Feb-16 07:30:11

Yes, that does tend to happen!

cartoontrickster Mon 22-Feb-16 12:15:41

Love the idea of mega early tests!
keep that's lovely news, fingers crossed for you all although everything will be fine obvs.
imps lines looking very good. I'm sure it's just everything adjusting.

Nothing to report here testing will commence over the weekend if af hasn't arrived by then.

Is mol still around?

Pastamancer Mon 22-Feb-16 14:14:39

Imps it's very normal to fee like that, baby brain is kicking in for you.

I've been very crampy today, not sure why as I'm on cd18
