I had my first IUI yesterday.
I've got myself in a bit of a tizz about what I should and shouldn't be doing during the TWW!
What are people's thoughts on exercise? I usually cycle to get from A to B locally (3 - 4 miles each way). Will I be ok to use my bike during the TWW?
My other main form of exercise is Pilates. I've done a bit of Googling about this and it sounds as though it could interfere with implantation due to the focus of the exercises on your core. So I think I've decided to give Pilates a miss for a couple of weeks but I'm not happy about having to miss it!
Because the cycling is a mode of transport for me as well as exercise it will be a pain to give it up for the TWW. Do you think I'll be ok as long as I take it easy and don't pedal too hard!?
