luteal phase spotting before bfp?

I'm just wondering if anybody has similar experience to me, and whether anything changed before they got here bfp?

each month I get at least a week of spotting of mixed fresh/brown blood before it settles into proper af which I count as cd 1. (sorry if tmi!) now I'm 6dpo in my first cycle ttc (according to ovia and cm!) im wondering if I would still get that spotting if I conceived or if it's absence would be a really early indicator of pregnancy. I've had a little light brown stuff today at approx 6 dpo but not due to test for 7 more days, any thought would be really helpful!
