Hi all we have been TTC for 4 months now and I've been having very prolonged periods, I've just been told be the hospital I have a polyp and will need to have it removed :( does anyone know can you conceive with a polyp or how long after removal you can start trying again. We are TTC baby #1 and I'm so worried it's going to effect my chances :(
