Noooooo! Don't do it.

Basically all the machine does is read the £1 sticks that have the same two lines as all the cheap ones.

It only lets you test once a day, so if you have a short lh surge it could miss it.

Once you get a high it will always register a high until you get a peak regardless of what the stick says. This can be misleading if you have more than one high day in your cycle. You could miss your peak.

It's a massive waste of money and just prays on the sadness and misery of failing to conceive.

If you really must get one, at least get a second hand one from eBay. You should be able to pick one up for around £30.

I had one when trying to conceive dd2. It took nearly a year and God knows how much money. I supplemented the monitor with internet cheapies as I wanted to test twice a day.

I sold it. When we came to conceive dc3 I didn't pee on any sticks. We decided it's too stressful. Instead we waited until 2 days after the end of my period and had sex every other day until my period came. Which it never did... So first month of trying.
