Can someone remind me how far in advance I should start taking these? It's number 2 but number 1 wasn't very deliberate. We plan to start trying at Easter. Thanks

Recommendation is to start taking 3 months before you start ttc. ☺

Learnt it from book: start to take folic acid when trying to conceive, and should continue taking this for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
