Hello Ladies!!

I thought I'd start this thread because I cant find any recent ones about Clomid and thought we could all discuss it.

I'm looking forward to sharing my experiences and hearing about yours :) I'm new to the whole threading thing so not very good at abbreviations so please excuse me if I ask what simple ones mean lol

So here is our journey so far:

Me and my hubby have been TTC for over 2 years (since sep 2013) with no success and we are currently on our 1st Clomid cycle

I have been poked, prodded, tested and quizzed and all that seems to be wrong with me (hubby has "super" sperm lol) is low progesterone which they think means I'm not ovulating. We have heard such great things about Clomid so thought we'd give it a try :)

I took Clomid 50mg on CD 2-6 each morning and didnt really have too many side effects bit of nausea, vivid nightmares and pains/cramps never had pains like that before it felt really uncomfortable almost like I had a full bladder felt bloated to point were it was uncomfortable to lie down, but all symptoms stopped on day 7 :)

Started having sex every other day since AF finished on CD9

I have took ovulation tests (everyday at around 2pm) since CD10 all negative although a few days I've had a very faint line but apparently that's still negative. I have heard that being on Clomid can effect ovulation testing though so I'm not sure what to believe

I would love to hear about your good and bad experiences on Clomid any advice would be fab and same if you have any questions feel free to ask I'm more then happy to answer :)

currently on CD 19
