Hi all... So me and my partner have been trying for 3 years... And by trying I mean stop using contraception and see what happens. But nothing! Ive started taking seven seas trying for a baby and I started my period today. I started taking them 10 days ago so Im wondering if thats why my bloods pretty brown today?... Tmi sorry.

Also, my periods arent very regular but its nothing too dramatic. This cycle was 25 days, pretty short for me. Usually they range between 23-35 days but its never usually a dramatic jump. Any advice? Im too scared to go the docs in case they find something wrong with me, We want a little baba so bad! And the more time passes the more im starting to worry which I know wont help. Anyone in a similar situation with success? Thanks in advance x

After 3 years it's time to go to the docs.
You need blood tests and your partner needs a sperm analysis as a first step.
Head in the sand will not get you a baby. Flowers

Go to the doctors, at 22 you should be at your most fertile. If you have been having regular sex for 3 years with no contraception I would imagine one or both of you have a medical reason for not conceiving. Vitamin tablets won't make any difference. There maybe straight forward treatment.

Do you use opks or temp?or do you just dtd randomly without timing your most fertile period ?

The doctor will investigate after a year. Seven seas won't do anything. Do you not have a healthy lifestyle?

Go to the doctor. There may be something "wrong" with you, but it may be an easy fix. Ignoring it won't get you a baby.

Not to frighten you but there have been ladies on here who's husbands have been tested and found to have a sperm count of zero. No amount of you taking vitamins will fix that.
It's probably nothing serious but you need to know what you are dealing with.

Also the seven seas doesn't help you get pregnant.......they just deliver the necessary vitamins/fold acid to ensure a healthy start during very early pregnancy.

I disagree with some of the comments on here, you should definitely be taking pre-natal vitamins from the moment you start TTC right through to when you stop breast-feeding, they help hugely in setting your body up and getting it ready to fall (the majority of us are deficient in at least one mineral or vitamin and this can hugely impact fertility/carrying - especiallu in the winter months). It's been proven that in most cases where a couple couldn't fall the problem laid with the man's sperm and had nothing to do with the woman, there's very little that can't be fixed these days so please don't be scared, it most probably is a very simple fix. You have time and age on your side my lovely, just pop in and see what they say, take your partner with you if you can xxx
