Woke up drenched in sweat

I am currently on day 20 of my first cycle ttc. During the early hours of this morning I woke up drenched in sweat. I flicked the covers off and cooled down fairly quickly.

Now I'm worried as if I happen to be pregnant, getting hot isn't recommended especially so early and could cause harm to the developing baby. Has anyone experienced this before in other pregnancies. This will be my 4th but don't think I have had this before.

I think it's a rise in your core temp which is not advised eg from saunas and the like.
You got warm, your body reacted by sweating and I strongly doubt your core temp rose.

I've not been pregnant yet, but this happened to my sister in both of her pregnancies. Her GP said it was due to mild anemia and prescribed slightly higher strength folic acid - seemed to work.
