Anyone else see a second line?! or am I going crazy

Have been ttc baby no2 for almost a year now and I think I might be imagining lines now.

Is there a faint second line on this cheapy amazon test? I had a fainter line about 3/4 days ago too but just assumed it was an evap line or my imagination.

DH thinks perhaps this one looks pinkish but I've been staring at it so long now I can't tell.

I have weird irregular/long cycles so I'm now CD38 but that's not unusual for me. AF due Weds but not sure I can wait to pee on a proper stick until then!

Ahhhh!

I'll need to get some more sticks tomorrow. Any recommendations on the best ones to get? First response?

You're pregnant Smile

Get a FRER. (first response early result) as they are very sensitive. Do not get a clear blue. They are rubbish.

But that is definitely a line, so congratulations!

Yup, I see it! And I've spent ages looking at the same sticks with similar lines and yes, I'm pregnant too! Smile

Found a cheap pound shop stick this morning but the line is way fainter than last night. Can't even take a photo of it as it doesn't show up anything using camera.

What the heck is going on!!?? Will try and get a FRER today as some have suggested and maybe wait another couple of days (I so won't be able to wait)

Thanks everyone for your help and congratulations Thebirdsneedseeds! How far along are you? Very exciting :-)

I was the same with my second. We'd been trying so long peeing on sticks and peering at lines it felt hopeless. My faint line is now a crazy lovable 3 year old.

Sillystuffbiting thanks, I hope you're right. Hearing other success stories gives me hope.

I just don't understand why it was a darker line last night and not this morning with FMU! Ahhhh!

I wouldn't trust those test strips unless the BFP is glaringly obvious. Get yourself a decent shop bought test, Superdrug or Tesco have always proved accurate for me.

Get a decent test, clear blue or first response and try again Smile

6 weeks today. I don't believe it's happening yet...too many miscarriages to get my hopes up, until I get to 12 week scan.

Happy peeing woohoo, let us know Smile

Aww that's great thebirdsneedseeds. I had a mc earlier this year so I know what you mean. Are they going to give you a reassurance scan before your 12 weeks? I know some areas offer this.

Could only get some clearblue ones today as the local supermarket was a bit rubbish. Came up a definite plus though although still faint. I'll probably just wait a few days this time now that I know a proper test came back the same as the cheapy ones. SO tempting to get overexcited though.
