I'm being silly, aren't I?

Last month we DTD 2dpo, I convinced myself I was pregnant, tested on AF due date & got a bfn. AF arrived the next day.

So I forgot about it. However, I spent Tuesday throwing up, have been knackered and today am having crampy feelings, had a change in bowels the last week or so.

I'm day 14, should be ovulating today or tomorrow - however my temps have been up already.

But I had my period! I can't be pregnant! Right?

It would seem unlikely as you DTD 2 days after ovulation and you got what seemed like a period. Not impossible but the symptoms you describe could be anything!

How do you know it was 2 dpo? Could you have ovulated later than you thought?

I think it was, but looking back at my chart I was on nights around then, which messes up my temps so I could be wrong about 2dpo.

Or you could just be ovulating which causes a spike in progesterone resulting in the changes you have had. Every month from ovulation to af I have nausea, bloating, sore boobs, cramps, headaches, backache, the list goes on. At first I was convinced it was pregnancy symptoms but it's just my body's reaction to progesterone. What's the reckoning when I'm gearing up for a bfp I have no symptoms at all?!

Op you could always just test to find out either way...! If your temps have stayed high since last cycle then you could be pg?

I'm always thinking I'm pregnant when I couldn't be and doing tests. I'm trying to be sensible!

Just to be clear we are not actively TTC, but obviously last month we took a calculated risk because it wouldn't be the worst thing.. If that makes sense?

Argh should I test? Period was shorter than normal.

Just test, it's the only way you will put your mind at rest. It's easy to drive yourself round the twist, as we all well know! Pick up some cheap tests. Pound land used to do them, or you can get them on Amazon/Ebay. I'm sure there are other places too.
