Dull crampy ache in pelvis

Have name changed but a regular. Just don't want people to know this of me (more likely to be outed under normal username).

I am currently about 8-9 days post ovulation, give or take (last AF started 3rd June). Average cycle 28-29 days, though last cycle was 25.

Am not TTC at all (just keep track as have never been very regular, though seem to be now give or take a few days), and have a copper coil, which has made me a rather worried about ectopic pregnancy.

DTD this month on the 14th and 21st only. For the last two or so days I've been suffering a dull sort of crampy feeling, slightly towards the right (appendix side, but too low to be appendix IMO, plus pressing it does not increase the ache), and at times it seems to vaguely radiate in to my upper leg. With the exception of the radiating, it's very much like period pain.

I'm not in agony, just generally a little worried.

Is it IBS? I confuse a lot of right side aching with bowel pain. Tend to only realise what it was after going for a big poop.

Have you considered pelvic inflammatory disease?

I get this too!! I put it down to exercise as I work out a lot. I have a GP appointment in 3 weeks (my GP is always so busy!!) to get checked out.

Thanks for your replies!

Tink, you may be on to something. Not diagnosed, but I have been suffering from IBS type symptoms ever since a bad case of campylobacter early last year. However, these cramps didn't come with any 'unusual' bowel movements, and sex last night was fine until DP went a bit to deep, which was rather unpleasant and stopped straight away.

I think because I had a pregnancy scare in Nov (I seemingly had a MC) and the GP seemed to think of possible ectopic PG (AF came before I could go in), I have been just a little too worried about ending up with an ectopic PG.

I think I need to find that healthy dose of perspective again, I normally have plenty of it!
