Tww thread #2! Best wonderful group ever, wishing you all the best with your bfps! Thanks for keeping my chin up when I've been at my lowest and celebrating the highs with me - all the love xxx

diamondsparkles Wed 03-Jun-15 10:54:21

Thank you for the lovely new thread title haquoi! Xxx
Again thank you for your lovely words and you must absolutely stay and keep us updated - hope when the morning sickness hits it is not too bad. You can be our lucky mascot and cheer everyone on! So as it is a new thread we should post our stats again, here goes:-
Diamondsparkles age 37 ttc#2, have one DS who is 3, cycle 11, bfp due 13 June
Feeling so happy for dear haquoi getting her bfp and am all emotional about it! Let's hope we can all get our bfps now and go over on a grads thread together! X

Red193 Wed 03-Jun-15 11:02:23

I'm just gonna post so I don't lose the thread!

Started taking my BBT. What kind of drop/spike should I expect around ovulation? CD7 at the moment x

diamondsparkles Wed 03-Jun-15 11:16:16

Hi red! I'm afraid I don't know about temping- I haven't tried it yet but some others on our thread should know. X

fuzzywuzzy Wed 03-Jun-15 11:17:33

Diamond, what you said on the other thread, I am sure you will get your BFP, I know how you feel it took me forever to conceive my first (literally 6 years! then had my second quickly), I am terrified there's something wrong with me, DP has no children of his own (ex was a horrible violent person and I stayed too long in that relationship).

I'm 37, this cycle ends one way or another on the 6th.

Haquoi where did you get the she-oak from?

ladyshapes82 Wed 03-Jun-15 11:23:03

Hello all,

Do you mind me wading in? Am on my first ever 2ww and could do with a hand to hold!

Ladyshapes82, age 32, ttc #1, cycle 1, bfp due 16 June (everything crossed)

Good luck everyone!

SleepyDragon Wed 03-Jun-15 11:27:08

i said this on the old thread but just in case it doesn;t get read....

haquoi!!!

Happy Dance! Happy Dance! told you nerr nerrr lol!!!

fingers crossed for you diamond and i agree with haquoi you've all been the most lovely hand holders... x

diamondsparkles Wed 03-Jun-15 12:18:01

Thanks fuzzy for your kind words. Yes it does feel like it will never happen now. I'm terrified there's something wrong with me now too, I had ds 3 years ago but feel like my body just isn't doing what it is supposed to do anymore. Sorry to hear of your horrible ex. I'm sure you will get your bfp too. Fingers crossed.
Hi lady - lovely to hear from you - hand holding is very good here! Cycle 1 - exciting!!
Thanks sleepy - good to hear from you! Hope you're feeling okay. Have you got a midwife appointment booked yet? X

ladyshapes82 Wed 03-Jun-15 12:20:58

Thanks diamond, wishing you the very best of luck and keeping everything crossed for you.

hewy Wed 03-Jun-15 12:50:06

Listen ladies. Haquoi and sleepy have both got their bfps (and ero, who started the last thread). Three out of a group within two months isn't bad! Ours will come too, just some take longer than others. Don't give up trying. Stay positive and try to not stress - stress does terrible things to our bodies.

Rememberallball Wed 03-Jun-15 13:02:45

Just joining the group!!

SleepyDragon Wed 03-Jun-15 13:09:44

Not a midwife one Diamond but a GP one on Friday. They've said its my booking appointment but its only scheduled for 20min so who knows!! Hopefully it is and they're just quick as i'll be 8+1 on Friday and impatient lol!

Wise words Hewy do not stress!!!!

haquoi123 Wed 03-Jun-15 13:38:35

Absolutely hewy! Not forgetting ifyou and ickle, who have also had bfps! Thanks diamond I'll stick around, don't you worry smile you are all awesome and I don't want to leave.

fuzzy you can get she-oak from Neil's Yard. It's a little pricey but I recommend getting more than one at a time to save on delivery. One bottle lasted me a month.

Welcome lady!

Rememberallball Wed 03-Jun-15 13:51:59

Stats for posterity....

Rememberallball 43, ttc #1, cycle 10, bfp due 01/07/2015.

To add to everything I said on last thread about our appointment with the GP this morning, AF put in her appearance today so I'm back to cd1. GP has agreed for a repeat d21 blood test this month as my cyvle was so long last month that it threw dates for tests out - fx that this month's cycle is a 28 dayer!!

Lovelyjubbly95 Wed 03-Jun-15 16:40:47

Hi!!! Congratulations haqoui!! Hopefully ill follow behind u and get my bfp tomorrow....will see!

diamondsparkles Wed 03-Jun-15 19:33:12

You're so right hewy - stress is really bad for our bodies.
remember - sorry af arrived but this month will be your month. Yes fx this will be a 28 day cycle and your tests will go well.
lovely - eek - tomorrow! How are you feeling? so hoping it will be bfp! X
Glad you're sticking around haquoi! How are you feeling tonight, has it sunk in yet? Are you telling anyone in real life yet?

Lovelyjubbly95 Wed 03-Jun-15 19:39:50

Im ok thx diamond .Not going to get my hopes up on a bfp but wld be nice. Wld be nice to pinpoint the reasons for me waking up at stupid times of night, my hot flushes and my boobs r feeling rather 'full' since yday.....

diamondsparkles Wed 03-Jun-15 20:20:01

All sounds good lovely! Don't forget to let us know as soon as you do it in the morning! grin

Lovelyjubbly95 Wed 03-Jun-15 20:23:12

I will do lol wink

Greyhorses Wed 03-Jun-15 20:23:16

Thought I would join everyone on the new thread.

I am 24, on cd1 of my third official cycle, but I have been 'seeing what bappens' for 12 months previously. I have ridiculously long cycles so I could be here a while grin

Greyhorses Wed 03-Jun-15 20:23:49

Happens not bappens hmm

Red193 Wed 03-Jun-15 20:41:48

So I just went to see a pharmacist. I have seriously severe hayfever which I normally just about manage with 2 antihistamines a day plus nasal spray and eye drops! I asked what I could take as we are trying and got lectured and spoken to like I am a small child!! He said if I carried on taking them my baby would be born missing an arm! Feel shit now! I'm suffering because I haven't taken anything I just wanted to do the right thing!

diamondsparkles Wed 03-Jun-15 20:46:13

greyhorses - bappens- that's funny grin
red - poor you with the hayfever, my dh has it and suffers terribly. And that's not nice having to have a lecture too sad, hope you feel better soon

fuzzywuzzy Wed 03-Jun-15 21:57:43

Red, go to your GP and ask for suggestions about safe hayfever meds. My best friend suffers hayfever and it's horrendous even with the antihistamines. i'd complain about the arsehole pharmacist.

Lovely I've been having a higher than normal body temp over the last few days too, even DP noticed it as I'm usually cold (and warm my ice block feet on him). Fingers crossed for you tomororw.

MrsJoeDolan Wed 03-Jun-15 21:59:42

haquoi this is outstanding news. So happy. What is she- oak though?

News from my head : had the weirdest implantation dream last night. I'm hoping this signals great news.

Ladies, bfp for us all.
