Just wondering what your very first indications were? It's way too early for me to test but I've got tender boobs which is not typical for me during my cycle and period type cramps, and again not typical for me.

I am probably clutching at a million straws but am interested in your experiences.

At 3 weeks I had to stop several times on a 100 mile drive (passenger) to be sick. It wasn't travel sickness, as id already had DS I knew the type of sickness. It didn't leave until 14 weeks. Grim.

A metallic taste which in hindsight was because I was pregnant! I had no morning sickness, sore boobs etc.....

puking.
metal taste.

oh, should have said I was like 10 days post conception. It was too early to test. I puked after smelling wine DH had poured with dinner, didn't take a sip, ran to the loo, and that was the start of me puking constantly until the moment the placenta came out 40 weeks later (he hung on in there for another 10 days past 'due date').

I had metallic taste also. Plus very dry skin and sensitivity to smells. Flowers smelt awful and I also thought I could smell gas too in early weeks. Toothpaste in morning made me gag.

How early do you consider early? I think I'm pregnant, had sex 7 days ago & feeling "off" since 4 days ago. Have been told I couldnt be feeling symptoms yet, but did this early with first one. Feeling like start of a cold 3 days ago & now progressed to the mother of all headaches, metallic taste & nausea. So how early is too early? Who else had symptoms so fast? Not due period for at least 6 days or up to 15 dependimg on what cycle I'm on this month (usually anythimg from 21 to 30).

I am between 6 and 8 dpo and have been getting mild period pains for the last couple of days, and havent been able to sleep well for the past 2 nights ( I usually sleep like a baby). This morning I woke up and started burping (sorry tmi) and it is now 4pm and havent stopped burping all day. (Small burps). Has anyone else had this? AF due next Friday.

At 8dpo I was hit by a wave of sheer exhaustion. I could barely function at work and I struggled to keep my eyes open.

Then over the next few days I started weeing all the time. I was always going to the loo and it was then that a colleague made a comment about me possibly being pregnant.

I didn't get my BFP until the day my period was due (despite having been testing for about 4-5 days) and it was the night before my BFP that I noticed my boobs looked a lot bigger!

Hey,
I had sore boobs, which wasn't like me , although the soreness came and went. I also had cramps but a lot earlier than I would normally. E.g. Normally I would cramp a day or 2 before I was due on but I was cramping like a week before. I was convinced I wasn't pregnant because they felt like period pains but it turned out I was!
Good luck, I will keep my fingers crossed for you!
X

First sign for me was a god-awful 2 day hangover after a very mild evening's drinking - 3 or 4 drinks only. Never felt so ill in my life.

For me my early pregnancy symptoms were just like my PMS symptoms.
In hindsight I was maybe a bit more tired and boobs a bit more sore but nothing to shout about in terms of differences. I always have a keen sense of smell as well. A biggie was a missed period (usually my cycle is 27/28 days) but before christmas I had an off longer cycle (31 dys) and I was BFN.
I got my BFP yesterday (day 32) and now noticing a slightly metallic taste if I drink water after I have brushed my teeth and use mouthwash.
I told my DH that I wish there were something more obvious when you got pregnant like your eyes turning fluorescent green or something! haha. Unfortunately that is not the case.
Good luck though.

Sore boobs from about 8dpo - sorer than they would be pre-blob.
Cramps and the tiniest bit of spotting from 7-9dpo (implantation I guess).
Lack of normal PMT symptoms - normally would get acne in run-up but my skin was quite good.
Very very tired to the point of needing an afternoon nap at 10dpo (v unusual).
I then got a very faint BFP at 11dpo. Am now 23 weeks!

At the risk of over sharing we dtd on 14th Feb which was right at the end of my fertile period - we've been on a bonk ban since NYE and now were back on Operation Make a Baby.

From 16th my boobs have been sore and I have had crampy period pains on and off. I don't normally have either.

Although I am crossing my fingers and toes that these twinges mean I'm upduffed I know it's unlikely so I will just have to wait and see.

But it's encouraging that you can get symptoms mega early tries to stop symptom spotting...fails

I am on the pill and have been with out any problems since I was 16 due to very painful periods (31 now) . I often miss a pill by mistake and am always completely honest about missing any with my partner.

The beginning of this month I missed a pill just after my 7 day break. I am now not really feeling myself. I have had a very strong unpleaste metal/bloody taste in my mouth which comes and goes for the past few days. Been very tired and extremely irritable... More than usual. My one breast is ever so slightly tender, I have a really sore, really off food that I usually love. I have been experiencing cramping like period pains for about a week. Not sure if I am just over reacting though as still taking my pill. Period due next week! Had a super emotional break down today! Wasn't fun!

Anyone ever crave salt? I don't use salt, ever. But cant get enough salty stuff at the min. Salted peanuts, rashers, cheese etc etc. I just can't seem to get enough :-( . Hopefully those of us hoping for a positive get it.

Sorry for going off topic but I'd love a positive also... Despite the still taking the pill bit Smile. I goggled information on it and it said to finish the course or I would have stopped taking it. We were going to start trying next year as we will be buying a house in the summer so just wanted to time it right. Which ever way it goes I'll be happy.

I'm also loving salt and savoury at the moment. I usually love chocolate but right of it! Good luck everyone. Thinking it's all in my head though! Confused feel like I'm going crazy looking for signs! Ahhh!
