Hi all, just checking in, having pretty bad af cramps now but still nothing to show for it. I had a whole day of cramps last month before af arrived. I've been on frantic knicker watch all morning and really distracted. Had to take myself out for a walk to clear my head, didn't work. Thinking maybe I should just grab a test today then at least I'll know I'm not pg. Don't know what's worse though, a bfn or af.

So sorry to read your news Victoria, I can't imagine how dissapointed you must be feeling right now.

Wow you lot move quickly! I missed the 2nd January bus I think. Tomorrow is day 28 of what is normally a 27 or 28 day cycle. I'm a bit crampy today so expecting AF soon, I have a bad back and TMI but finding it hard to go for a number 2 and getting rabbit pellets when I do. This month was our first go and we were using the wrong lube so would be v surprised if this was the month. I'm going to POAS tomorrow first thing if AF hasn't rocked up by then. Be alright whatever, am arranging a nice day with DH.

Day 21 and I feel horrendously dizzy every time I stand up...can that be a sign? It's not a usual AF symptom for me and I don't have low blood pressure of anything, and I'm eating regularly.

Of course I could just be getting ill pushes hopes firmly back down

Anyone who's on TTC #2 or above, did you get dizziness?

Cant believe a new thread already! Here are my stats as I never posted them on the last thread:

age 35, ttc#1, cycle 7 but had mc in Nov at 6wks (trying since July 2014). Not sure of DPO as cycle still not right since mc. BFP due 26th Jan.

Feeling a bit sick last night and really nauseous all day today but think thats due to maybe being ill as I think I had ovulation pains yesterday and wednesday so impossible preggers symptoms.

MRSCATMAD31 - my hubby comes out with similar things. We have sex and straight away after he tells me he has impregnated me, haha

What are your thoughts re caffeine while ttc? I have seen some reports that say avoid at all costs & some that say the odd coffee doesn't hurt. I only ever have very weak latte's if that makes any difference. Dr Purdey, any advice?!

I'm continuing with tea as normal while TTC and will review that if I get a BFP. I love lattes and have switched to decaf though - I did that way before TTC though just to reduce my intake.
