Thinking of TTC while on pain meds

Background:

DH and I have been together 5 1/2 years, married 2 1/2. I'll be 38 next month. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (Hypermobility) plus diagnoses of fibromyalgia and ME (although I think these can actually be put down to the EDS). I take tramadol, codeine, paracetamol and ibuprofen for pain, but am reducing them (a) because I don't need as much as I used to since I worked on mindful movement/not hyper-extending and (b) because we actively want to have babies. Right now I have a coil.

I'm scared that I'm never going to be able to be entirely off the painkillers so won't be "safe" to TTC.

Right now I take 3 x 50mg tramadol and 3 x 30mg codeine (plus 4 - 6 x 500mg paracetamol and 2 - 3 x 400mg ibuprofen) a day, down from 8 of each tramadol/codeine 18 months ago. Last reduction was from 4 - 3 about 3 months ago, with no increase in pain but a definite easing up in side effects.

Has anyone else (successfully) TTC-ed while on opioids or reduced meds intake specifically to TTC/while pregnant? Did it cause any issues with baby? I know I'm going to have to be monitored quite closely while pregnant (because EDS can cause miscarriage/difficult pregnancies) but obviously want to give any future LOs the best start they can get.
