So 9dpo on cycle number 4 after a very long time on the pill. Promised myself I wouldn't get caught up in symptom spotting but here I am! Every single tug, twinge and cramp has got me wishing! How in the hell do I stop torturing myself?! I know all the "when it happens it'll happen" and "just relax, don't over think it" yadda yadda yadda.....but I cannot stop myself! Help! Or let's torture ourselves together haha....
