Hi ladies,

After following a couple of threads but not posting, I thought I would pluck up the courage to ask!

Me and Hubby have recently started TCC however, I have been feeling seriously bloated over the past two days, and yesterday I spent the whole day craving veg (very unlike me, unless it is dipped in chocolate and accompanied by wine!)
I even went as far as giving away my wine last night.... an unheard of situation in our house!

Today, I have noticed two tiny (really, really tiny!) red spots when I wipe (sorry for too much info)...

Given the fact we have only been trying for a couple of weeks, and my first day of my last period was only 28th April (2 weeks ago), is it at all possible this is spotting?

Sorry to sound so dim, but we are so early on in trying, I don't really know what to look out for!

Thank you so much ladies for any help!

Ginger

Hey ginger!

I'm no expert either but if you're period was only two weeks ago then you should be ovulating about now......are you using the opks? They help you pin point when you're ovulating so you know when to dtd!

If you are ovulating at the min and you have been dtd in the last few days then there's a chance the egg got fertilised but its far too early for implantation bleed if that's what you mean?

Just found this - www.ovulation-calculator.com/spotting.htm

Didn't even know ovulation spotting occurred but hey ho everyday is a school day!

If it is ovulation spotting you have, get at it like rabbits for the next few days!
