Could I be pregnant?

I was due on on the 4th may, had all the cramps but nothing, just started to get excited and then Tuesday 7th I started bleeding normal/heavy then lighter the next day then stopped after 48 hours. Since then I've been getting occasional cramps and the odd small brown spotting when I wipe. Also developed car sickness the last 5 - 6 days which has put me off food. Tired but that's nothing new!! Have done a home pregnancy test (Friday morning) but that came back negative. I don't understand the sickness?? Also very emotional but that might just be normal time of month combined with stress on if I've conceived! Fed up of sickness and crying! If no better by end of week will go to doctors but wondered if anyone else had similar? Or if I am imagining symptoms ...

I know exactly how you feel hun. I could have wrote your post myself & im fed up wondering if....i really dontknow whats going on with me.
My period was due on the 26th April.. it didnt arrive..i had cramps & bloatyness kept thinking every morning that my period was coming. My boobs were killing i was 10 days late in the end. I had done 3 tests all Negative My period (bleeding) started on Wed just gone, started dark brown in colour & cramps were painful..i had a mix of red blood too on Thursday then by thurs night it had almost stopped. Fri was just spots of blood now and again. So late period then it only lasted 2-3days. I have been sick 3 times in the past week & half...boobs still tender but not as sore & i just dont feel right.
I done another test yday...Negative.
Its so frustrating...i hope you get answears soon hun & good luck xx

Forgot to mention iv also been in tears 4 times lately for no reason & me and DH have had an arguement becoz of my moods and being sarcy!! [Angry]
