They say they're the same as the NHS ones because they are. They're as reliable as any shop bought test.

They are very reliable. They do exactly the same as brand name tests but without the fancy packaging. Sometimes the lines might be lighter if the cheap tests don't have as much dye in them. I have had a lot of bfps with them as I am a pee stick addict. Using the 10miu strength I got a very light squinty line 4 days early in my last pregnancy.

I tested twice a day starting from day 10, usually ovulated around day 15. How many days is your average cycle? If you aren't sure you could start testing from the end of your period but usually it isn't necessary to start so early. I got a useful leaflet with the ones I got online that explained how to use them.

Every 32 days i start on the 16th and finish on the 20th it used to be different but i switched diets and it changed to the 16th i use an app on my phone which is consistent and has told me i OV on the 1-2nd each month i think id like to OPK everyday just to figure it out for the first month then when i am sure i can scale it back to once a week or something

No you can't do opks once a week! You will miss your fertile window that way. If you do them every day from end of period you will detect ovulation. Its a waste of a stick to test once ovulation has been and gone, so you have two weeks with no tests while you wait for your period.
With a 32 day cycles you will probably find that you can scale back testing to days 11-19 of your cycle depending on when you actually ovulate.

The most important thing is that your fertile window is actually the six days up to and including ovulation. Once you get a positive opk you should of course have sex that day, but ideally you will also have had sex a couple of times in the previous five days. Obviously you can't know for sure when your opk will be positive, so regular sex is really important.

Once i find out the exact fertile day and the OV day i will just need to test a few days running up to it plus we dtd 1 day then skip a day then do it another day so we are doing it plenty as not to miss a window of opportunity
