Hi I'm 33 I have had 4 children but would love another, got pregnant with my first with no fertility medicine but needed clomid with the last 3 pregnancy. My question is how many of you got preg naturally without fertility meds with PCOS? I test positive on oPK but still not sure if I'm ovulating. I have a regular cycle, and have a mild case so I'm told. Thanks for any input!

Hi, I was diagnosed with PCOS from a blood test, ages ago - in my early 20s, and I'm now 35. I'm not really sure if I actually have it, because I didn't have an ultrasound diagnosis, and also because I got pregnant with my DD very easily, without meds. It's taking longer now to conceive #2 (we have been trying for 1 year so far, conceived twice with no meds but lost both) - but I think that's maybe related to my age rather than PCOS - who knows. hope this helps and good luck x

Yes I did but I did need progesterone to hang on to the pregnancy. The excess testosterone PCOS produces can cause miscarriages.

Me, three times Smile first one took a year of trying and was about to begin clomid.
Two and Three were straightforward.
