Ladies, Fred title says it all; we are the ones who shag as much as our men can cope with in order to get upduffed without the stress of scientific whatnots!

Fred rules (copied from previous Fred)

  1. Thou shalt shag as much as humanly possible in order to get upduffed.
  2. Thou shalt not partake of OPKs, temping, or charting.
  3. Thou shalt keep symptom spotting to a minimum.
  4. Thou shalt share with your fredmates where needed.

JSing lingo
~~~~~~~~~
ERTD = Evil Red Tide of Dooooooommmmmmm. Or AF to most others.
Viroid = This is you, dear poster. This is from the first JS thread when someone tried to type 'ladies' and it autocorrected to 'Viroids' - so there you go!
Pant snot = Egg white cervical mucus.
Doing a kitten = Getting upduffed soon after joining (warning: may induce envy in other posters).
POAS = Pee On A Stick (of the pregnancy detecting kind, not from a tree). Also known as PIAR (Pee In A Ramekin - cos we're posh birds innit). Or PIATLH (Tea light holder) PIAWG (Wine glass) or anything else you care to pee in!
Shagging like something = JSing like a teenage nymphomaniac.
Giving a hooya = Giving a much needed slap to a fellow poster in danger of slipping into ttc obsession.
Contraband = Of COURSE none of us EVER partake of any silly OPKs or temp charting. They are Contraband.
Icing = ovulating. Another autocorrect development!
Getting your Cape on = planning some serious pouncing on DH/DP
TWOT - Two Weeks of Torture!
The rather nobbish article in which we became a little bit notorious is here
Happy shagging shaggers!
I think I joined in a little bit with the last thread but have been lurking for the latter part as nothing very exciting has been happening at this end BUT that's all about to change. Gonna get my ROCs off (and cape on - which btw has yellow fluff and glitter on it, and a pair of matching furry leg warmers to go with the 80s theme Wink) later and get down to some JSing now that AF has well and truly left the building!
Bloody hell kat, 75% blood lost! You are quite e fighter!
min yup! I was dancing. Not even ashamed Grin.
zing - number 7? Wow!
And as for the World War Z reference (at the end of the last Fred I think), we're gonna watch it tonight...should I be scared? OH likes zombie stuff but I'm not sure if I wanna watch it with him if it's going to be scary...
Stats...
Spotti, TTC #1, since just before Christmas 2013. No DCs yet (although I have a pony, a poochy, and a possible foster poochy if they count?). Other stuff - don't really have anything interesting to add! Will probably keep lurking until something more exciting happens at this end!
Oh, and I'm LOVING the fact that the Fred has a theme tune! >does an impression of Little Britain "write the feem toon, sing the feem toon..."<
Minion - totally happy to answer any questions - wish more women knew about PP, as it can affect around 2 in very 1000 births!
It is very different from PND and is an acute psychiatric emergency requiring hospitalisation. But recovery prognosis is good with the right treatment! We spent 3 months in a Mother and Baby Unit at the Bethlem psychiatric hospital. I was very literally out of my mind. Didn't know who I was, where life began and what was real or not. Kept thinking I was dying a horrible death and that people were going to burn me alive. Couldn't recognise my son or my husband or family. But... Lots of drugs, rest and support --> full recovery! :)
Not the start to motherhood I ever imagined but I honestly wouldn't change a thing. Know how lucky I am to have a healthy little boy.
As for the blood loss - well that was another nightmare, but again I've lived to tell the tale! :)
Aaargh I missed the end of the last thread.
Stats:
Wil,
Sproglets:1, 20m.
TTC#2 since Dec 13. MC March 14. Yuck.
Right. RPopz MASSIVE hooya for testing 7 days before AF is due! However, sorry you are feeling shit about stuff. It's going to happen in one way or another eventually but I think you're allowed to feel shit about the fact it's taking so blooming long. Hugs and vodka. I take it BFF doesn't know you're trying?
Zing number 7?? You're a legend.
Kat you're so brave to put yourself through another pregnancy after all that. It's funny how the urge to have children is stronger than anything else. Hopefully we can help through any wobbles you may have on the journey to no.2.
Hi everyone else. Zyla are you putting in an early bid for SOTM?
Oh and Juniper, if you're here yet, glad your scan went well, fantastic news.
