Good morning! Just a quick qu- I was just researching joining a boot camp- this is something I've done before but not for about a year. Very hard but my body got used to it reasonably quickly. I'm A runner usually and try to run 3 times a week but only about 15 miles total unless training for a race (to give you some idea of current fitness!)
The cheapest way to join the Bootcamp is a 4 month membership- we are ttc but only on cycle 2- would you do this? If I were to get pregnant would it be ok (provided I felt like it) to carry on Bootcamp in early pregnancy?
