17dpo BFP but now spotting - anyone else?

I got a BFP on 13dpo and 14dpo with CB digi and had had no spotting up to this point. Day 15 was pinkish when I wiped with TP and yesterday I got spotting for the first time. I have more today in that it is brown when I wipe too as well as the spot on my knickers. I went to the Dr today and he is arranging for me to have a scan at the Early Pregnancy Unit. I don't have cramps, just very slight tummy upset, but I don't know if that's nerves. Has anyone else had experience of this? Thanks for any advice.

It's very, very common. It's just implantation. I'm very surprised that your dr has arranged a scan so early on as there won't be much to see (so don't worry if the sonographer can't find much). Please try not to worry. It sounds perfectly normal to me.

The scan is for when I am six weeks I think. I thought it couldn't be implantation as it would be a bit late for that? I did read it's common (online).
