4 days late & spa day booked

I know I'm being WAY over optimistic hoping for a BFP, but I've not had AF yet, although only on cycle 2 & irregular. Done 2 tests & BFN.
Anyway, husband & I are off to a spa on Friday. I've been Googling horror stories but don't want to be a boring arse & not go in steam rooms. I really need to destress!

Any advice?

I cancelled my spa day but I was around 7 weeks at the time. They refunded in full because I booked before conception.

You could always see if you can swap the value for a massage and pedicure or something?
