I'm late, just bought a test, it's a first response, the one with lines rather than words as I'm a cheapskate. It says I can use it any time of day but that obviously fmu will be more concentrated. I want to test today though, I want to know if I can take a sleeping pill later or if I need to ring my GP to discuss alternatives. Google isn't saying much - what are your opinions?

PS. it's 12.5 days since my positive OPK, it came late in my cycle, I don't know if that makes any difference?

I did find this to keep me amused...

"The Poás Volcano, is an active stratovolcano in central Costa Rica. It has erupted 39 times since 1828. Wikipedia Last eruption: 2011
Elevation: 2,708 m, Prominence: 804 m."

I would say that you might well get a false negative at 12 DPO so if you need a not pregnant confirmation to take the pill I don't think that it'll be that useful, sorry.

You might only be 10 or 11 dpo, so you are unlikely to get an accurate result without FMU that early. Sorry!

Yeah, I got a BFN on 12 and 13 DPO and then was pregnant.
