Just wondering what others experienced as symptoms in there early stages of pregnancy?

I am now 5 weeks with #1, and still don't feel any different, which is amazing for the most part. But the lack of what is considered "traditional" symptoms, has me on edge and thinking the worst.

I should not be complaining, as no doubt I will be wishing for this time when I am in a constant state of aches, pains and nausea....yes I have completely lost the plot Blush

Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Nausea was never really a prob for me- i had it a little- made me totally queasy at thought of burgers, but thats it! I never had any of this vomiting every morn malarky! Count yourself lucky ( though I know its only natural to get anxious now and again ay such a vulnerable time!)
I did have extremely sore boobs though- and horrendous fatigue... Though the tiredness didn't really hit me until later on in the 1 st trimester x

I noticed my boobs looked a little bit bigger the day before I tested and got my BFP (14dpo). For 5 days prior to getting my BFP I felt more tired than normal and was always weeing.

Following my BFP I continued to be tired and felt quite drained most evenings. I started getting nauseous at about 10 weeks but sickness didn't actually kick in until I was about 14 weeks.

Weeks 14-17 weeks were the worst weeks for me of my entire pregnancy. I felt like crap every day!

Thanks everyone, it's nice to know not everyone has strong symptoms in the early stages.

TTC has turned me into a neurotic mess...

After 10 weeks I wondered why my period was late and thought I better do a test (was not actively 'trying' to get pregnant). No symptoms whatsoever. Grin

I think your expression TTC has turned me into a neurotic mess... might have something to do with it - in the nicest possible way.

Because I wasn't thinking about getting pregnant I wasn't looking out for any specific symptoms IYKWIM.

Hope you are feeling OK Smile.
