Aquarius - F#ck You Fertility Clinic (ie a last minute natural bfp before the FC step in to help)

barkingtreefrog 34, ttc since Jan '12, clomid bfp ended in mc Sept '13. Cycles absent or screwed since then (short LP anyway before that). FC appointment to talk IVF referral in March.

I'm now on 5th day of spotting and temp remains above cover line. Having trawled through my charts it usually crashes around day 3, sometimes 4, latest ever is 5. It's not really going slowly down either Confused Hmm .

9dpo, some mild twinges but nothing too interesting...

...except that in the middle of my facial today, one of the creams she applied smelt like rancid fish to me.

Crazy symptom spotting I'm doing, or my facialist was playing a bad prank on me.

Great title!! Loving the combination of ideas but Blush at 'vagina jack' lol!

So is it just Boodle and Gill jabbing at the moment?

eurgh Because that sounds awful! but then hopefully it is a symptom and your facialist doesn't have passive aggressive issues!!

On phone so won't do the list right now.

I've been to Lister this morning who have been through all of my results and recommend a cycle on short protocol if NHS natural cycle doesn't work. I feel like I know where I am now, although some essential work travel at the end of April may slow me down a bit. FC recommended DHEA and Q10 in the intervening period - that along with the supplements I'm on already I'll be a walking pharmacy!

Ooh Kuma check you out with the early morning appointment! What made them recommend the DHEA and Q10? DH jokes that we rattle when we walk bc I have us on all the things they said they'd recommend if DH was shown to have a DNA fragmentation issue - figured we'd spend the money on the antioxidants rather than on the test AND the antiox's.

Boodle the first day I did my downregging sniffs, I vomited once and tried to a second time. Since then I've been sick on two other occasions but I'm finding that some days I feel great, and others I feel unnaturally tired, nauseous, and juuuuust on the verge of a hurl that never comes Blush. It's usually most intense in the a.m. up til about 2 hours after my first sniff mid-morning.

Bunny thinking of you today; it must be nerve-wracking but I am so excited for you to finally be at this point Thanks

AFM still no AF, so that makes 3-4 days late; fell asleep at 8:45 last night and still overwhelmingly tired, and nauseous. Yes I know what it sounds like, but I don't want to test just yet - would be disappointed at a BFN even though being late is a common effect of the drug. I've had a "full" feeling for days, never full-on cramps though. If not for that I'd feel more hopeful Confused

Kuma, good news! Let me know if you'd like a last glass of wine beforehand Grin

In the meantime, we just took a taxi to a restaurant and I found the taxi really smelly. DH didn't notice a thing.

BUNNY!! Hooray!! Smile congratulations on little bunnyblob Really great news!!

Kuma that all sounds really positive! Hope travel plans don't affect things too much - our 4 week hol has put us back by at least 3 months which at the moment seems like ages!

Sid OMG I salute your resilience!! I know the disappointment at a BFN is horrible but I wouldn't be able to function in your shoes! What antioxidants are you on? We're taking grape seed extract which is a cheaper version of pycnogenol. Hopping it will improve DH's morph issue! I know you don't want to get your hopes up but I have got my FX for you!!
