Hello. I am 41 years old. I have two grown sons and a two year old son. My husband and I starting this month to TTC #4. I am really hoping for a girl this time, but I don't mind if it's another boy. I have a granddaughter, but I'd still love to have a daughter of my own.
We conceived easily last time (I was nearly 39), so I'm hopeful we can do it again. I do worry about birth defects and things, because of my age, but I'm willing to take the risk.
My other main concern is that I am suffering from fairly severe anxiety disorder, which seems to have worsened recently, to the point that I'm actually having several panic attacks a week. I am hoping being pregnant again will help me feel calmer and more stable, but if it has the opposite effect, I don't know what I'll do.
