Hi, those temps are low for post ov temp, but that aside, I am not sure which app you are using. Does it automatically set ov date somehow? What were your pre-ov temps?

I use fertility friend . Com. It is very good.

that is what I'm using too, these are all my temps from start of cycle to now. 36.30, 36.28, 36.29, 36.04, 36.19, 36.18, 36.85, 36.76, 36.08, 35.96, 35.94, 35.96, 35.62, 35.93, 36.46, 35.80, missed, 35.38, missed, 36.40, 36.45, 36.40.
my Opk (cb) said I ov on day 13, my cycle is 25 days I'm on opd 9, fc due Sat x

The temps are too erratic to say you are post ovulation , I just put the temps into fertility friend and it does not identify ovulation either!!!!

Are you taking temps at the same time each day? Is it after at least 3 hours sleep, immediately when waking? If so, it might be worth considering temping vaginally in Oder to get more stable temps.

I hope this helps?

I work nights so I take it at 2pm each day, so I have enough sleep x

As long as it is the same time and after three hours sleep, the actual time doesn't matter. Perhaps switching to vaginal temps will help with getting less irratic temps for you? It might be that you are open mouth breathing at times or some such thing.

I found it took me a couple of months of temping before I got a clear pattern. But have been successfully temping for ten years now. For both conceiving and avoiding pregnancy!

Thank you for your help, hopefully next month may be better. I am going to try it the other way instead may work better. Thank you again x
