Hi ladies

I did a test almost 2 weeks ago with a clear blue test and got a pregnant result with 1-2 weeks from conception. I have now just went onto the nhs due date calculator and put in dates of last period and this said I was 8 weeks pregnant. Am I being thick or does this just not correspond with the test.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The clearblue test calculates the length of time from when you conceived. The NHS calculator calculates the length of time since your last period. In a normal 28 day cycle, you will conceive on around day 14, so there would be approximately a 2 week difference between the two dates.

Hope that helps and congratulations!
