Pcos, polyp and desperate to have a baby

I found out today that I have pcos and a polyp in my womb. I have had 2 miscarriages: 1 in December and 1 recently - July. First one was natural and second was mmc with foetus development slow. I should've been 15 weeks when I had medical management in August but foetus measured much smaller. I kept getting recurring cysts which showed up on the weekly scans I attended during the pregnancy, but hospital didn't think anything of it. Today I had a private scan and was told I have pcos and a polyp. One makes conception difficult and the second makes carrying it to term difficult. Has anyone experienced this before? Please let me know how you got through it and if you went onto have a baby.

I have PCOS and three children.

I have not got polyps so don't know how that would affect a pregnancy

I'm sorry that's not much help but I hope you get what you want
