Just looking for some words of wisdom from some of you lovely ladies.

Ttc after coil removal six months ago and still no luck. Feel like at 37 my eggs are all scrambled and that's that....

Urgh.... Off to the cake tin for comfort!

No words of wisdom, but I do remember that life just seems to stand still and everything goes on 'hold'. Very depressing when you know you have period pains starting.

My first took 8 months to conceive. Seemed like 8 years.

Good luck.

I'm 37 and feel your pain. I'm on cycle 33 with two rounds of IVF behind me. It seems never ending. I found the first year the hardest in many ways. I have now reached a point where my expectations are so much lower.

It is just heartbreaking...... I feel so guilty for being so horribly jealous of friends who have conceived. We were so excited to start trying and now its just becoming stressful!

Everyone who hasn't had to do it seems to think trying for a baby is fun... It isn't, it's just trying! At least after the first few months.

We're in month 9 and it seems to be a bit easier at the moment. Maybe because the suns out!

Hi Liz,

I had my Coil removed at the end of May and this month is mine and my husbands first month of TTC for baby number 1.

I was told it could take up to take 6 months until my fertility would return to normal.

So please try and stay positive x x x
