...then come and get your flipping baby here. We are a group of utterly priceless loons who are deadly serious about buying our babies at the highest price (or free if you're a lucky NHS bastard). There are no failures here

I had just written a stonkingly long message on that last bastard thread and it was rejected! Whaaaa! I will do it again...

JuicySausage · 24/06/2013 18:34

Sorry, NookNook, that can scientifically be explained by my inane wittering Sad

OP posts:
eurozammo · 24/06/2013 18:35

nook I'd just posted too! I hadn't spotted we were coming up to a 1000. I can't believe we filled the thread in 10 days! The first couple of egg buddies thread ran for about 3 months, hence the titles! This on should be "are you cycling between now an next friday? Come on in!"

motor 5 is brilliant. You're one day behind me in terms of EC timing and one egg ahead of me in terms of numbers. There is a bunch of us really close together at the moment!

NookNook · 24/06/2013 18:37

Thanks all for you lovely supportive messages today. Excuse me whilst I man the fuck up.... there! Done.

Mejust amazing amazing lady! You must be over the moon. Or asleep. Either way that's an incredible haul.

Wish and Euro best of luck tomorrow. Best place for those embies to be is in those lovely wombs.

Motor excellent news for you too! When's et planned for?

NookNook · 24/06/2013 18:38

Euro this has got to be one of the busiest days on any thread ever! What a week we'll have

NoMaybeAboutIt · 24/06/2013 18:39

May I join you lot? I've been lurking on the old thread, but I thought I man up and say hello. Currently 4 weeks in of my first ICSI cycle.
Karbea · 24/06/2013 18:45

Hi Gang.

How are we all?
Motor and MeJust excellent news, lets hope they play lots of Barry White in the lab tonight.

So if all has gone well in my tum eCg could be running into my blood stream from tomorrow. I'm meeting one of the girls i'm cycling with tomorrow for brunch which'll be lovely.

Wish/Euro good luck tomorrow!

NookNook · 24/06/2013 18:47

Welcome Maybe! Your story please...?

eurozammo · 24/06/2013 18:53

Welcome maybe. What does 4 weeks in mean? (It could be vastly different depending on protocol).

twinklestar2 · 24/06/2013 19:03

Welcome maybe!

Juicy - I'm ok. I spoke to my friend again today. Was very upset and explained exactly how I felt quite well (with help from tame's email :)). Feeling much better now, so thank you all for your help and support over the weekend.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/06/2013 19:12

Right, I am trying again to join in again, but you lot go WAY too fast. I am a fairly newbie too maybe and they move so quick that I loose track. I am now either just over three weeks in, or 5 DRing stabs in, or about the start the actual cycle next weekend.

Good luck tomorrow euro and wish.

Fingers crossed for all those PUPO.

MotorcycleMama · 24/06/2013 19:18

juicy Bortsch is Russian beetroot soup - delicious!
nook ET may be Weds, Thurs or Saturday depending on progress.
Welcome maybe and drizzle (again)

I'm so impressed with the speed at which we filled that last thread, and imagine this one will be similar.

twinklestar2 · 24/06/2013 19:21

I had soup for dinner too! OH made chicken stock from leftover carcass and added noodles and veg too it. It was scrummy.

Karbea · 24/06/2013 19:28

I've Coq au Vin for mine. Trying to use up all the food my DH put in the freezer (still think the cycle will fail and will need to only eat healthy un processed/pre made food for next time!)

twinklestar2 · 24/06/2013 19:30

He also brought me a bag of peanut m&ms, bless him.

Fabuluce · 24/06/2013 19:39

Am I alone in thinking that beetroot tastes of mud? And is it true that after eating a load of beetroot you get red poo?? Eek. Maybe the perfect dinner for juice to do a th'usband wind up with tho... Turns out we aren't having lovingly pan fried chicken with our pasta though motor as it's meat free Monday so you're more than welcome to join us for dinner. Just don't invite juice as she'll nick it all!

Ladies today has been a success for everyone - what an event it has been - crazy big whoops all round!!! I'm quite jealous that I'm not starting down regging until 2 weeks today and should have ET by the end of the month - think I'll be on my own then - motor do you start in July or aug? Will you lot all still want to play at that point or will you have moved on into another chat place? ??

Fabuluce · 24/06/2013 19:41

Welcome maybe and hello again LDrizzlefoShizzle :)

twinklestar2 · 24/06/2013 19:45

beetroot DOES taste of mud

tametortie · 24/06/2013 19:49

Marking place and back later with personals.....am very excited about all todays action!! Grin

NoMaybeAboutIt · 24/06/2013 19:54

Thanks everyone!

My story: I'm 28, 30 months TTC. Found out in October that DH has congenital absence of vas deferens due to CF gene. Got appointments with our clinic very quickly once our local hospital got there act together. Started on buserilin jabs 4 weeks ago, and am now 6 days in on gonal-f. DH had SSR back in march, so we have some spunk in the freezer. Albeit not a great amount, though the quality was good. Had first monitoring scan today and have follicles sprouting all over the place.

I also think you can get red wee from beetroot. It does taste of mud, but I kind of like that. It's also immense in chocolate cake

eurozammo · 24/06/2013 20:03

Mr euro thinks beetroot tastes of mud.

It definitely turns your poo pink....

So you're well on the way then "nomaybe"! Have you been given a likely date for EC?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 24/06/2013 20:06

They have pencilled me in for the 3rd Euro. And please, call me Maybe Wink

I'm not going to lower myself by commenting on bt. It's almost as absurd a food choice as lr, qn, and o***s

Hello, Maybe, I'm glad you've joined us. Do tell us your most intimate private life history Thanks

Zammo, I laughed out loud at this: "are you cycling between now an next friday? Come on in!" It's so true!

Fabuluce, there is a place to go when we are no longer of service on this thread and it's called 'the attic' where you'll find a chair and a piece of rope Sad

OP posts:
NoMaybeAboutIt · 24/06/2013 20:14

Thanks Juicy. What intimate facts would you like? Grin

Don't mention the Q word

nobeer · 24/06/2013 20:16

Wow another thread! Welcome Maybe.

I'm having chicken salad for tea. Organic lettuce, I'll have you know! Am following Scary Spice's advice and having a cup of herbal tea too.
