3 negatives now 3 positives am i really pregnant??

OK so my last period was the 16th of march working out that if I'm pregnant I'm 10weeks.. I took tests right up until I was 8 weeks late all negative including 2 first responses then today marking 10weeks late I took one this morning and it came a quickly strong positive I couldn't believe it so I tested again and got a positive again still in shock I went to work and when I got back I tested tonight using a different brand and once again a positive not as strong more faint but both lines can be clearly seen. We've been trying since November has it finally happened? I'm scared it'll turn out to be a mistake.

Hi Ash1988. As far as I know a positive test can't be wrong but they can take sometime to show up. so it seems you are pregnant. Please allow me to be the first on here to congratulate you. Also I am ttc so hopefully soon you may be congratulating me. xxx

Thank you, I really hope I am I keep looking at the tests expecting the lines to not be there but they very much are. I'm seeing the nurse on Friday to complete registration of the doctors (new to the area) I'm hoping I'll be checked then.. Good luck to you and lots of baby dust your way. X
