Measuring Luteal Phase

Hi ladies. Was wondering if anyone can tell me the best way to pinpoint ovulation and measure luteal phase.

Going by ewcm I think it may only be 10 days. Would anyone recommend the clear blue fertility monitor to help with this.

Thanks.

A thermometer which measures to two decimal places would be a good idea. I think charting temps is the best way to pinpoint ovulation. A thermometer is also cheaper!

Hi, I read a post on another site from a natural fertility expert on how to tell when you are fertile. It was quite interesting, it was all about recognising your bodies signs up to/during/after ovulation, may be worth a read? The link to the post is forum.prideangel.com/default.aspx?g=topics&f=5 Hope this helps! Good luck xx
