need some advice please

i was suspended from my fertility clinic as i was having some personal issues which meant time wasnt right to go ahead with the treatment. i want to start trying next year so should i call up the fertility clinic to let then know that it will take me longer to get back to them than i thought or just call them next year when i am ready?

initially i thought it will take a couple of months but it might be 2 years since the last appointment.

I would call them and advise of what you have put on here. At least then they are aware and may be able to pencil you in.
