Grrrrr - 2 Week wait

OK first post i have ever started!!

1st Month TTC, had my Mirena out in Late Nov, perfect 28 day cycle with first day on 6th Jan, Made definate efforts TC over ovulation (and at other times, but definately focused!!!)

So I have for the last few days been imagining i have syptoms of early pregnancy.

Mettalic taste in mouth (but i did have a gfilling on Thursday last week)

Slightly enlarged breasts (not tender, but could i have put weigth on over xmas?)

Definate smell thing going on some of the time but not always

Odd things going on with appetite!

I am sure we can not have hoit lucky on first go, so am i imagining these signs they could all mean other things. Are there any other signs i can look for? I will be sad if i am not but ready to try again next month (and the next etc!!)

I did do an ebay cheapy preg test this morning and it was neg, but it is 5 days till i am due on - anyone any experience her?

Hello I'll join although I'm not on the 2ww just yet! But I have just started ttc and had my first 2ww at the beginning of this month - I was convinced I was pregnant! Had lots of symptoms too, appetite changed, my nipples were agony, cramping on one side! But AF came along bang on time. I had my implant removed end of Nov and I think when you come off contraception that's been putting hormones in your body and suddenly they stop, weird things happen! I'm not trying to take away your excitement but try and not think too much off it because you will go stir crazy spotting symptoms and it makes it extremely hard to take when you get the bfn

I'm waiting until next Monday before testing - it's my 1st month ttc too.

I had unprotected sex with my husband last Monday and Tuesday, so 7&8 days ago. It was 15 days since the beginning of my last period (cycle is usually 30-ish days but does fluctuate a little). I did an ovulation stick test the following morning and it was negative.

On Saturday I started bleeding - it was dark brown, and then turned red, and it lasted until yesterday (enough for tampon use). I've been sick yesterday and today, felt queasy, and had a cracking headache.

I don't know when to do a test, or if any of the symptoms I'm describing are far too early and it's all psychosomatic, or if I have a bug. Maybe it's my period come super early, on day 18 instead of day 30.

Waiting another week is going to drive me demented.

I have just done a test and got a very faint line, given I also fainted at work today I think it may have been a case of first time lucky omg!!!!

Still not going to get too excited after all af could still arrive, but a few whoops have been made
