Dh and i recently mc, so I've been looking up how /what I might do differently next time (and in prep for then). Ginger tea became a big thing for me, and now I'm reading there's all sorts of conflicting advice on ginger tea specifically and actually most others it seems.
What does everyone else think?
Teas were my saviour without coffee, soda etc. Surely they can't all be bad?

Sorry to hear about your mc. Some herbal teas can contain caffeine too so you have to be careful if you're tying to avoid caffeine altogether. The one I drink is rooibos or red bush tea which is caffeine free, it does take some getting used to and I've found a flavoured one that I quite like which is tropical rooibos! If you don't mind all the faff then making your own ginger infusion tea I would have thought would be quite safe.

I've been drinking raspberry leaf as apparently it helps strengthen your uterus.

I heard that! But also something about it being strong and meant only for certain periods?

As far as I read those two are fine, just seems to be other talk about stronger types.
A friend too swears by bottled water because of all the crap in city water. Wouldn't have thought of that one
