It's too soon. If you're pregnant you'll still be pregnant in a few days. Don't pee on your expensive stick too soon!

I agree with Twinkly Little Star (never thought I'd say that sentence before!) I know is probably making you very anxious not knowing - I'm in the same boat! If you are pregnant then it could be too early for a BFP and its not fair to go through a BFN if you don't have to. It's your decision though. Good luck!

Good luck to everyone waiting to find out! Hopefully this will be our month. X

Right, I'm tempting fate now by looking at lovely holidays for August, if I don't get a BFP at least it's something to look forward to! Really want to test but don't want to be disappointed (again).

Hold on to it!

Good luck to everyone, I'm due on the 6th and POAS today, got a BFN which made me cry and ruined my day all because I couldnt wait! (Good clear blue one too!)

Don't do it to yourself, I keep thinking that EVERYONE must get their BFP on like 6dpo and if I haven't then I'm not pregnant. Its soul destroying.

Good luck, I'm sure it will be good news

My AF came last night. It's really got me down. I really thought we'd done it this month, I was so hopeful. I'd had 3 days of nausea and dizziness.

To make matters worse, my cycles seem to be getting shorter (now 26 days, was 28) and I have very bad period pain, had to get up in night and take codeine and get hot water bottle for the cramps.

Feel like I'll never ever get pg now. :-(

Hi three,

Sorry to hear the dreaded AF came! Your time will come, just try to stay positive, I know its hard though. How long have you been trying for?

Report
threepiecesuite · 02/01/2013 15:42

Only since last April and I know others here have been trying much, much longer but it still gets me down.

You just start to wonder if it will ever happen though. My DD is nearly 3 and I'd dearly love to give her a sibling to play with.

It's understandable, I think everyone feels like that when you see the bfn! On the plus side, at least you already have a child so you know that you're fertile and also you know what to expect. For first timers like me its worrying whether it will happen at all!

threepiecesuite · 04/01/2013 11:55

Yes it must be bundle, thanks and you're right. Any joy for you this month?
I've decided if it doesn't happen in the next few months, I'm going to investigate why my cycles are getting shorter and more painful and heavy.

I tested today and it was negative but I had been patient and waited till day 29 the day Af is due - no sign of anything at the moment... Aghhhh have felt nauseous for days but then that can be normal for me pre AF...but usually on time or before 26 to 29 day cycle...so who knows what's happening?

OP any update?

HettySunshine · 05/01/2013 15:48

Had a few things to do and just about to have dinner - I know nothing will get done afterwards if I get a BFP so clearing the decks first! Eek!

It may be better to wait till the morning in case its a false negative as the hormone is stronger in the morning at this stage....!

But I think you have done well waiting this long to e honest Smile
