Domperidone and TTC

I was wondering if anyone had experience of taking Domperidone while TTC or if any experts could advise.

I have been prescribed Domperidone for nausea and sickness and my doctor is aware I am TTC. Having googled it I've seen that another use of this is to increase prolactin to aid milk production. Surely this isn't going to help? We've already been TTC #1 for well over a year.
