A wordy fred title I know, but it's too early to think of something snappier!

Get ready for the end of the world: grab your OFRS, your emergency gin supply and join us shrivelled harridans in the BESH Bunker.

Admittance is only permitted on production of a successfully completed BESHtionnaire (hint, check out previous BESH threads)

Give it half an hour and they will be rampaging around again.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid Sat 24-Nov-12 15:05:58

How many are there? I only ever see the little ginger and white one.

ArielThePiraticalMermaid Sat 24-Nov-12 15:06:47

<Throws grenade, turns, walks away from ensuing explosion while putting on sunglasses>

Is this the right bunker?

<eyes shelves of gin>

Ah, it must be. Hey all, how's it going? Today I went Christmas shopping, I have got cards and feck all else. Oh well, time for qualifying now! GO LEWIS GO!

ArielThePiraticalMermaid Sat 24-Nov-12 16:03:40

I intend to watch Wales get thrashed by NZ sad the rugby. You never know, they might win <deluded>

This weather is actually apocalyptic.

Northey Sat 24-Nov-12 17:01:03

AMNH was all gung ho about going kayaking today, despite my extremely dubious noises last night. I took him down to the river this morning and stood patiently by as the lesson sank in that weeks of exceptionally heavy rain equals very high, very fast, very dangerous rivers, with big lumps of tree debris careering down them. Numbskull.

aries, your abstemiousness does make you enviably slender though [jealous]

<runs wild with a semi-automatic, laughing maniacally>

Oh shit that poor woman sad

MissWinklyParadiso Sat 24-Nov-12 19:18:45

sad Poor woman.

Question - at what stage do we think its worth POASing?

ArielThePiraticalMermaid Sat 24-Nov-12 19:22:38

Two days after droid is due and not a second earlier.

FrankelDeBeauvoir Sat 24-Nov-12 19:23:19

Honestly wink, I would leave it until you are actually late. Personally I find a negative test harder to take than the arrival of droid, but that's just me.

MissWinklyParadiso Sat 24-Nov-12 19:34:20

Well my cycle is usually 28 days, but has been known to be longer. I started my last droid (spotting) 30 days ago and no spotting yet. But then I think I ov'd late this month so maybe I'm just due later. Dunno. As you say a negative test is worse than droid arrival.

SinkyGoodenplenty Sat 24-Nov-12 20:01:47

<somersaults in through window, gin in one hand, fending off the zombies with a handy bond style shark gun>

wowzers. I get back from holiday, and here we are... Bit chilly eh?

Winkly, I would pick your longest cycle and test after that. But I don't really test now- My cycles go from 35 days to 80 odd days to 6 months plus. The bfns really are tough aren't they. I live in hope of one of those crazy, "6 months diffed and didn't even know". Hardy-ha ha.

<zips on a camouflage onesie. Fashionable and functional.>

<pulls gin out of survival bag. Realises bag is now empty.>

Who was is that brought the bag of issues to the woo Fred? Did it survive the apocalypse? It was pretty comfy.

Northey Sat 24-Nov-12 20:05:33

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten the bag of issues. Wasn't it one Of those BESH fr five minutes the diffed ones whose names I evilly and haggily forget straight away? Or was it winkster, who is unforgettable ;)

ArielThePiraticalMermaid Sat 24-Nov-12 20:06:56

These instadiffers <grim>

SinkyGoodenplenty Sat 24-Nov-12 20:08:34

It thought it might be Wink. Or maybe draf. If it was an insta diff imposter, I'm claiming it as my own. God only knows I've enought issues to ensure its nice and comfy.

And, of course, excellent fred frankel. Loving the title- not wordy at all!

Northey Sat 24-Nov-12 20:11:14

You've got the (now decidedly mangey) peacock feather, sink. You can't be greedy.

FrankelDeBeauvoir Sat 24-Nov-12 20:21:16

I saw someone in another Conception fred (checking out the enemy) refer to the BESH as "cliquey". Oh how I laughed!

<stares hard at any lurkers with crazy eyes, pump action shotgun in hand>

ArielThePiraticalMermaid Sat 24-Nov-12 20:25:48

WHERE? <dangerous>

The A30 is flooded. Cornwall is cut off!

HavingALittleFaithBaby Sat 24-Nov-12 20:35:13

I tested two days early, only because I had vomited and thought it unusual. They were two scary days waiting for AF!

SinkyGoodenplenty Sat 24-Nov-12 20:35:40

Cliquey? The only people we judge are those sprinkling fucking babydust with gay abandon. I thought a clique was a group people wanted to get into? I never thought being over 30s, barren and bitter was something to aspire to...

Norf! The peacock feather! <pulls bent feather from sleeve. Tucks into camouflage onesie. Wraps the trusty badger fur into a hat (of sorts)>
