Going mad - am I being silly?

Hi, I need a bit of perspective, I'm slowly (well, not so slowly really!) sending myself crazy.

We're not TTC, but would quite like another baby (we already have a DS, who's nearly 3). Last Friday (CD20) we got a bit carried away and had unprotected sex. I've been cramping this week (Tuesday was quite painful), weeing more, had dizziness, slight nausea and feel really tired. My cycle is usually 33 days, so too early to test. I keep telling myself it's unlikely that I am pregnant, but I can't help hoping. I am going to be gutted if I'm not.

Could I be pregnant? Oh, forgot to say, on Tuesday I had pains all around my pelvis and hips (At the end of my pregnancy, I could hardly walk).

Maybe...it sounds like you are having some symptoms but the annoying thing is pregnancy symptoms seem to pop up more when you're TTC anyway- I notice a lot more cramps and weird sensations when trying...will keep fingers crossed for you.

I agree with Prime. I get tonnes of "symptoms" in the 2ww, they don't really correlate with a BFP at all for me.

I had the pelvic pains weren't the start of pelvic girdle pain. I had that too with my dd. Its awful.

I would just get checked out to make sure you don't have a urine infection because both pregnancy and UTIs present with those kind of symptoms. It's probably too early to know that those symptoms are pregnancy but if you had unprotected sex around the right time it's always a possibility! :)

Hi, thanks to everyone who replied. sorry I haven't been back, the last few days have been a bit busy.

I'm on CD31 today (period due Friday). I thought my period had started earlier, but when I went to the toilet, there was just (TMI) a brown stain on my knickers and nothing when I wiped (more TMI!) So, I'm thinking it's an implantation bleed, although, would it be too late for it to be that? Is Friday still a good day to test, or should I wait a bit longer? I didn't have a bleed with my first pregnancy at all.

I need to get on with some housework, and take my son out for a walk, and then I'll check back here again.
