Hello

This is cycle 2 of using the clear blue fertility monitor, cycle 1 was easy to read, I had a peak & all was good!!

This cycle has been different. I haven't had a peak (from research this can happen, it just misses the peak) but I'm on day 25 of cycle & the monitor is still reading high fertility (2 bars) and it has been this way for over 10 days!! Confused

The first cycle I peaked day 16/17.

Has anyone else had different experiences of the cbm? Anyone had a row of highs for days on end??

Whilst ttc for this pregnancy I had 12 days of high fertility before getting a peak. Not quite as late in the cycle as you though, although I have ov'd on day 21 before now.

I've had 14 days of high this cycle with no peak, never been high fertility at day 26 before. Think AF due to arrive next weekend so just another week to wait & see!!

Do mind me asking if u got ur BFP from using the cb monitor alone or did u use any other ov sticks / temping etc?

I was using ov sticks as well (I did that in the evening and the CB tests in the morning) but I don't really know why! I have used the CBFM to conceive 3 times now, so I can safely say it works for me.
Maybe get some cheapy ov tests and do a couple to see if they back up what the monitor says? Day 26 does seem very late to still be so fertile. Have you missed any tests? And have you tracked your cycles before in any way? If they often vary in length then perhaps the monitor is right.
One thing I would say is that while I think it works well, I don't rely on it completely - dtd every 2-3 days throughout your cycle is still advisable, the monitor just helps narrow it down a bit!
