Very Confusing Temperature chart

I have been temperature charting for four months now, and have a really predictable pattern. My luteal phase has been 15/16 days every month. I am now on day 18 with no temperature drop, no period and no BFP.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I have had a minor operation this month, on CD 18. However I did have a clear temperature shift up on CD 15 and my temperature hasn't dropped below the coverline since. It was my understanding that stress could delay ovulation, but shouldn't affect luteal phase?

We were using condoms up until CD 23, as I didn't want to be pregnant for this operation.

Everything I have read has said 18 days of high temperature is a definate pregnancy. Anyone have any other suggestions? I am really confused!

Hopeful bumping? I now have nausea and other early pregnancy symptoms but BFN on multiple pregnancy tests! I need to go to the doctor, don't I?

Very final hopeful bump for some weekend traffic! I am now on CD 36 with no bleed, no temp drop and no BFP.

I have heard in very rare cases peoria being pregnant without getting a + on tests but I think you will only get a clear answer by going to the doctors

Can you do a link to your chart?

The temp shift tends to indicate your body is gearing up for/has ovulated. To my knowledge, operations and the like can delay ovulation but not your period. I would think its very unlikely that you're pregnant if you used condoms but I think if I were you I'd see the GP to put your mind at rest.

As a small update, I had 21 days of high temperature in total, before AF started yesterday. During the week my period was late I had three BFN of different brands, so I assume that since the operation was so close to ovulation day, it did delay when the egg was released even though I thought I had detected it earlier.

Much ado about nothing! Although the high temperature thing was wierd. I can't seem to share links from fertility friend though.
