Do you need it in order to concieve? I get lots of watery CM around the right time, but actual EW has been missing past few cycles.
Beginning to wonder if that has something to do with lack of bfp. 
Does EPO up EWCM or just CM in general?

You don't need it, but it does help conception.
I don't get much in the way of CM - I'm a rather "dry" person 
- so I use Conceive Plus to help ease the way. Saying all that, I'm 2 years into this TTC lark and still no BFP, though there are other reasons for this.
