Needing some advice on conception!

Hi there....it could be because i am fasting and my sleeping patterns have changed a little and eating patterns have changed but i am overdue my period by 8 days now. I was getting stomach cramps in the first 5 days of being late and really felt like i was gonna come on - i was certain of it but now the cramps have disappeared. I took a pregnancy test this morning at around 4 ish and the result was negative. my urine wasn't concentrated - it was clear. Does this affect the result? Is it true that you should wait atleast 6 hours after drinking to take a test? Can anybody help me? thanks

First morning urine is usually the strongest and most likely to give an accurate result.

hi eurochick thanks for your response. So I should take it again when its more concentrated in the morning? I was just reading some info on here and it says that it used to be the case that it had to be early morning urine but now it can be at any time!
