Welcome to the lazy way to make a baby, part 10!!

Just Shagging (JS) is ttc using ye olde shagging & crossing fingers methods, our tools are your body, OH’s body..urm some wine & lots of finger crossing.

All are welcome, most leave happy & upduffed! The last two threads have been very successful; thread 8 had 5 BFP’s, thread 9 had 6 BFP’ we’re due 7 BFP’s here, which means we all need to get shagging.

We don’t ‘do’; OPKS, taking temp or harcore charting...although it is nice to know when ERTD is due.
Which brings us to acronyms & slang;
AF=ERTD (Evil Red Tide Of Doom).
EWCM=Pant Snot
Getting a BFP soon after joining thread= Doing a kitten
You=Are a viroid, no idea why but it goes long back to the dawn of time.
DTD=JS or donning the Shag cape.
POAS=Sometimes referred to as PIAR (Pissing In A Ramekin), as we’re such classy ladies

Here is last thread for proof that it works, and that you can't shut us up grin

Here is the Graduates thread!

Hello all! It's Friiiiiiiiiday (thank f**k) grin

Hi livis glad you'll be back into the swing of things once ERTD is done!

Lol at all the fellow iron-phobes out there! My MIL is the same - and wow, 33, having them right round the corner is saintly - ours are only a few thousand miles away back in the UK!

toffee glad things are going well! I'm a terrible liar so I've no idea how I will manage if the PIAR gods deliver the right result one day. Also announcing at work is going to be terrible; in the country where I work, women quit their jobs when they get married, not even waiting til they are pg, so trying to explain that I want to keep working will be interesting...

Suffolk lol at "hacking at the lady garden" grin

Horse 8 months must be frustrating, but on the plus side, think how many shags that must be!? It's got to be good for a person, right? Glad you are joining me in SymptomWatch HQ, it's an exciting place!

Talking of symptoms, have been nauseous on and off all day, got briefly excited again about it, but when I burp it feels better so must be just wind sad

This weekend I will be seeing friends, lazing about, and going to the beach. Unless I get proper symptoms in which case I will be PIAR!

Kittenkatzen Fri 31-Aug-12 11:33:26

Ok ladies here is the link to Part 11

toffeesam Fri 31-Aug-12 11:14:03

Hooya you just can't go cold turkey! the JSing is still on the go since BFP, have to keep him limberd up just in case grin

this thread is massive, i will keep an eye out for the new link.

Very un eventfull (luckily) of to Doc's on Wednesday to prove to my self i am not imagining this. 4 sticks all positive. it is a good job my parents live so far away as i think i couldn't have kept it from them otherwise. DH almost told his dad by accident. he came home saying "you'll never gues what i almost said to me dad".

I think that the nosey women in my office will notice somthing is off with me. a bit off my food and i am thinking of putting my de-cafe in an ordinary container. every time i'm off colour in work I get asked if i'm pg. i usually laugh cos they don't know i'm trying. but i will have to practice my lying i think, cos i'm a bit rubbish.

Kittenkatzen Fri 31-Aug-12 10:42:14

Ok horse I'll start us a new fred then - this one is becoming a PITA to load now as it's so long. Will post linky in a bit.

DH and I are off to the paralympics tomorrow smile

Kitten, I'd rather not be the one to start the new fred, the only thing to add to 'da rulez' is that hooya is a slap & 'shagging like something' is JS like a teen nympho grin
Apparently tis the way of ttc forums that 'She who starts the thread will get a BFP on the thread'. sad
Been ttc for 8 months now.

I love ironing! DH's workshirts (and them needing to be perfect) has started to put me off.

livis, glad ERTD has shown up. And it's nice to hear from you!

Symptom watch in Chez Horse; I've been bloated & feeling 'tender' all week (ERTD due in 2 wks)...must not PIAR, must not PIAR!!

What's everyone upto this weekend?

Lolcbcblemonlime Fri 31-Aug-12 09:12:58

LOL! My mil irons knickers too!!! Must be a retired thing grin

Kittenkatzen Fri 31-Aug-12 09:11:09

33 shock at your MIL ironing tea towels! And you deserve a medal for living within walking distance - we are a good half hour drive from all parentals, I really couldn't cope with being any closer!

suffolk could I borrow your MIL please?! Our garden is looking a bit, erm, meadow-ish as we both hate gardening with a passion!

Btw - i am a fellow ironing phobe. I hang items from washing machine very neatly and fold very neatly. H2b is kitchen fitter so no need with polo shirts. MIL is obsessed with it, pants, bedding, teatowels! Uuurgh! She nothing better to do though so she might as well. Her washing line is full EVERYTIME we go round there. Sad. They are retired and dont have a car or a life so im getting a bit worries that once im pupped up (love it) she will dedicate her life to being nanny ans wont get a moments peace. Considering moving as we are within walking distance from their house. Mind u, be good for babysitting <strokes non existent beard>

Kittenkatzen Fri 31-Aug-12 07:45:01

Morning ladies!

Ooh looks like we're going to need a new Fred very soon - who's going to start it? horse and winkle either of you around and want to do it as I think you may have been here longest otherwise it might be me and I'm pretending that can't be true

33PinkLadyApple Fri 31-Aug-12 07:36:08

hooya yes i was 33andTTC

NickiNockiNoodle Thu 30-Aug-12 22:35:18

I iron the bare minimum so I can go to work looking half neat!

H2B is a builder, so no ironing of his work wear. And certainly no bedding / undies!

I probably iron for 15 minutes a week. More than enough. :-)

AndieMatrix Thu 30-Aug-12 22:32:37

Ironing cuts into valuable JSing time. Plus it's boring and hateful.
Kudos to lol employing someone to do hers.

livismum Thu 30-Aug-12 22:17:58

Hi ladies! Just been reading through and chuckling to myself so thank you, just what I needed, got ERTD here (kind of not surprised not much JSing since MC) but this cycle was pretty much where it should be so getting ready to attack love hubby lots in the coming weeks!
Another non ironer here, I'm really good at folding (after hanging on airer very neatly, no weather for drying outside!)
Right I will be a good JSer and post more from my laptop rather than unsmart phone where I forget who said what the minute I start writing smile

FrustratedSycamorePants Thu 30-Aug-12 22:01:39

What's ironing? <looks at huge pile in corner> blush

Lolcbcblemonlime Thu 30-Aug-12 21:44:45

Well both DH and I work full time so we have a cleaner. I now agreed to give her an extra 8 quid a week and she does all of my ironing!! All of it. It's the best money I ever spent. I feel a bit blush but I hate it and have no time. Plus u work in suit and shirts so have a huge load!

Ironing. Is. Bad.

That is all.

Kittenkatzen Thu 30-Aug-12 16:33:16

hey manda <waves> glad you're all doing well, thanks for the new link smile

I'll join the ironing avoidance gang.....I just don't do it. Ever. DH's tshirts get shaken out and hung up wet, and I just don't buy anything that would need ironing! Don't get me started on MIL people who iron underwear and bed linen!

gringrin at "pupped up" thread lingo maybe?!

Sympathy to all with headaches and migraines thanks

AndieMatrix Thu 30-Aug-12 14:51:38

Hooya Same symptoms here. I also just cried through an entire episode of Greys Anatomy. hmm lol

I'm also an ironing slattern. My DP calls me and the kids "the great unironed". Got a way with words my fella.

Hooya Thu 30-Aug-12 14:32:00

Hello manda <waves> thanks! I don't look at graduate threads at all until I am duffed (just one of my stupid rules) though I am dying to have a nosey and see how people are doing!

Suffolk and toffee I iron about once a year in real life so I thought I should have a nice neat shag cape to make up for it!

SymptomWatch update - various cramping gas pains and feeling dizzy. <gets needlessly excited>
