Hi,
i had a MMC and ERPC 3 months ago next week. My periods are still very scanty and I've been advised by two different acupuncturists to get some basic tests done. I'm booked to see my GP on Monday for the tests that can be done day 3-5 . Today is CD1, so Monday will be CD5. What comes next? The day 21 tests seem confusing as I tend to ovulate fairly late. I'm 44, got pregnant second month of trying last time but very worried that my hormones are still all over the place. With the pregnancy I lost I had an early scan and sonographer saw lots of follicles. I hope that's enough info.
I never thought i'd go the testing route but seems to be important. Age is against me I'd always imagined my old eggs would be the problem, that I can live with , but if its a hormonal imbalance now i'd like that looked at.
Are there other tests worth doing which the NHS won't do? There is a clinic near me that has been recommended and they can see people on an outpatient basis which isn't that expensive for tests.

p.s we will only be trying for a natural conception, if that makes any difference.
