Supplements, herbs or foods to increase estrogen levels?

Hi ladies

I had a day 3 blood test done recently which revealed low estrogen levels, and a hysteroscopy which showed I had a thin womb lining (which could be related to the low estrogen). Neither of which are great for TTC!

I have another hospital appointment in June, but thought I'd try and increase estrogen levels through supplements or diet in the meantime. I've heard about taking Dong Quai and Black Cohosh (and my mother told me to eat more tofu). Does anyone have any experience or ideas?

Thanks for your help :)

Apparently Maca is meant to be good for this one. I'm giving it a go, although it doesn't react to well with the jumpy stomach I'm getting with met.

Randine Lewis 'the infertility cure' has a whole bookful of recommendations for things like this - herbs / diet changes / acupressure points / exercises etc etc
